RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to let us know the reason for your return. After you have received the item, you have 14 days with which to return it to us. There will be a 10% restocking fee as well as the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. When we have received it back, a refund will be issued then. It is recommended to use registered mail or trackable courier for returns as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days so that we may correct the problem for you as soon as possible.

Note: There are no returns on patterns, downloaded patterns or clearance items. Yarn that has been balled or caked cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that due to the current Canada Post strikes that your package
may take longer than is normal to get to you.

We will do everything on our end to ensure that you receive your order
in a timely manner, but the strikes are out of our control.

We have made available FedEx rates at checkout
(for qualifying addresses). At this time, we recommend choosing FedEx
over Canada Post due to the uncertainty.

Canada Post has suspended all guarantees across all shipping labels.
