If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to let us know the reason for your return. After you have received the item, you have 14 days with which to return it to us. There will be a 10% restocking fee as well as the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original package. Refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued when we have received back the inventory in unused and undamaged condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
It is recommended to purchase tracking when making returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days so that we may correct the problem for you as soon as possible.
Note: There are no returns on patterns, downloaded patterns or clearance items. Yarn that has been balled or caked cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Why do you sell your fabric by the half yard?
A: We sell by the half yard so that you do not have to purchase a whole yard as our website does not have provision for fractional quantities. However, this does NOT mean that your fabric will come in half yard fragments.
All fabric is cut to order unless otherwise stated beforehand.
Q: Am I able to purchase fabric in a single, continuous length? I don't want half yard pieces.
A: Yes, we cut from the bolt so your fabric will be in a single piece. We sell in half yard increments, not pieces. Meaning that if you purchase a quantity of 4, you will receive one continuous 2-yard piece of fabric.
Q: Is there a cheaper shipping method available?
A: No, there isn't. All shipping options available to us are offered to you at check-out at a discounted rate.
Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
A: Yes, we accept returns for a refund minus a restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Once an order has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled.
