RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us to let us know the reason for your return.  After you have received the item, you have 14 days with which to return it to us.  There will be a 10% restocking fee as well as the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  The goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original package.  When we have received it back, a refund will be issued then.  It is recommended to use registered mail or trackable courier for returns as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If we have made an error with your order, we will gladly pay for the return shipping.  Please contact us within 7 days so that we may correct the problem for you as soon as possible.

Note: There are no returns on patterns, downloaded patterns or clearance items. Yarn that has been balled or caked cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale items are final sale.  No refunds, returns & exchanges.  All items sold as is.

Any order for a single fabric over 10 yards (20 half yards) requires pre-approval, please call or email beforehand
